SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Simply Essential Beauty Supplies, Inc., ships within Canada ONLY and offers FREE  SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are $99.00 and over (Excluding taxes & Coupons).  For shipments totalling less than $99.00, there is a delivery charge of $14.95 for Parcel Shipping.  

 

Back ordered Items:

If any of items in your order are out-of-stock, we will notify you of this via email, with confirmation of ETA (estimated time of availability).

If it is deemed that the ETA is too long, we may partially ship available items and ship Back-order items when available at no extra cost to you.

Shipments:

We ship all our orders via Ground using couriers such as Purolator, UPS, Fleet Express etc.

 

If under the rare circumstances, according to the tracking on your shipment the package has been delivered, however you have not received it, please contact us and we will open a case with the appropriate courier  who will contact you for confirmation.  Once they deem the package lost, we will reship your order to you.  Please Note: This can take a couple of weeks.

 

All orders are shipped from British Columbia, with delivery estimates between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. Remote locations may take a couple of days extra. Once you order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email with the tracking number.
